How about, Locke was there before and has returned with his “catch” of people as directed? He seems to be getting ready for something “big”…stashing heroin and guns……
It’s gonna be all “Lord of the Flies” soon… Locke is going to be heading up his own group, I think, but I’m not buying he’s been there before.
